The bird dance!

Room 7 does the 7 Jumps!

For our P.E. programme this term we have been learning various folk dances. The junior school shared some of their favourites with parents last week at our folk dancing festival. Room 7 were the lucky last class up and performed the '7 Jumps'! We had lots of fun and got to pull all the parents and teachers up to join in the bird dance after we had finished.

Crumpet the cat!

Today we had fun dramatising our big book of the week 'Crumpet the cat'. We all made cat masks to wear and then we acted out the story. Miss Baker videoed us and we watched it on the smartboard. We thought it was a great way to really get into the book! MEOW!!!

Healthy hamburgers!

We made delicious and healthy hamburgers in Room 7. To make our hamburgers healthy we used lean meat and wholemeal breadcrumbs to make our own patties. We chose fresh vegetables and low fat cheese. We cooked our pattie with no added oil or fat. They tasted soooooooo good!

Look out McDonalds - we think our burgers are better than yours!
