Yum, yum, fruit kebabs! As part of our healthy food unit we decided to make these using our favourite fruits - apples, manderins, kiwifruit and banana! (We even added a marshmellow as a special treat!) We all got to make them and then eat them before writing a fantastic story in our writing books. What a delicious story writing lesson!!

Elephant art

We made some elephant pictures earlier this term after we had visited the zoo. First we had to draw our elephants - thinking carefully about the legs and trunk! We went over the lines with black vivid and then we coloured them with grey crayons. We went outside and coloured on the concrete so it would look like texture on the elephant's skin! Miss Baker cut them out and put them on the wall with our elephant stories.
